💀 Character Information
Name: Jack Rollins
Canon: Marvel Cinematic Universe
Canon Point: End of Winter Soldier, when the Triskelion collapseson top of Rumlow with him inside. Because he was too busy being unconscious to escape. Thanks, Black Widow.
Age: Mid-30s
Description: At 6'2", and with a solid, muscular build often carried with a great deal of discipline, Jack Rollins cuts an imposing figure. The deadly serious expression he often wears doesn't help any. Neither does the bitchin' scar he's got to the right of his chin. Basically, he's far from cuddly looking. His facial features are on the "chiseled and manly" end of the spectrum, and he's got a pretty strong jawline going for him. Rollins is only ever seen on the job, but he likely dresses in a pretty utilitarian fashion on his off-time, too. Fitted, and not unflattering, but going for function over style. Also, his dark-brown hair is perpetually slicked back, and he has green eyes. That's about it. The end.
Physical changes: Rollins is going to find himself with a pretty classic devil's tail, except it's got spikes on the end instead of a spade. Like a stegosaurus or something. It'll be a deep, dark shade of red, and utterly pointless and annoying. Well, okay, it's not completely pointless. He could probably take someone's eyes out with it... if they were in the sort of position where he could get a good angle on their tender eyeballs with the tail spike things I DON'T FUCKING KNOW.
Powers: Rollins is a totally normal human in pretty great physical condition. Nothing special to see here. He does, however, have extensive combat training and knows demolitions and all that wonderfulness.
History: http://marvelcinematicuniverse.wikia.com/wiki/Jack_Rollins
Hell Status: Hell Veteran (if they're still allowed this round)
What Brings Them To Hell: As a HYDRA double agent who was eventually assigned to SHIELD's STRIKE team, Rollins has actively participated in the Nazi splinter group's plot to make the world a chaotic enough place that it is now in prime position to sweep in and bring about totalitarian order (via preemptive mass murder targeted at anyone who even has the potential to be a threat to HYDRA). While we may not know what he's done prior to the events of Winter Soldier, it's pretty safe to assume that he's likely engaged in some murder and violence. And he's shown himself to be a pretty big asshole during his brief appearance in the MCU. He's part of the plot to ambush Captain America in a crowded elevator (taking a beating for his efforts), and he's with Rumlow and the rest of STRIKE in their subsequent attempts at subduing Cap (with the intent of executing him before he can get in the way of HYDRA's big bad schemes). He very nearly commits a public execution, in fact, holding a gun to Captain America's head with the intent to shoot-- only to stop after Rumlow calls him off twice. You can tell he totally wanted to blow Cap's brains out, though. When Project Insight was set to launch, Rollins was by Alexander Pierce's side, holding a gun to the World Security Council. The only reason he and Pierce are stopped is because Black Widow was able to infiltrate and kick the crap out of him. What we see of Rollins in the film demonstrates a willingness to get his hands dirty and a ruthless drive to follow orders. He doesn't even flinch or show any brief flashes of regret/remorse. Whether he's a true believer of HYDRA or just really dedicated to following orders, his motives really don't make much difference in the end. He still did-- or was willing to do-- anything to see HYDRA's rise to complete control.
The Pitch: ugh lemme get back to this
Setting Fit: Rollins is probably the kind of asshole who'd do just fine in Hell. He's ruthless, and he has no problems getting his hands dirty. That's the sort of attitude that could take one places. As he tends to thrive with structure and order (things that may be somewhat... lacking in most jobs in Little Hades), Rollins will likely aspire to get into a position at Brimstone, in Security. In the meantime, he's been here for XX months. He's a hard worker, so he'll have hit the ground running, taking jobs that require muscle and a strong stomach, although they're less a career and more a way to kill time and get him enough dracos to move out of the Hive. He's been around and done quite a bit in his time here: bouncer for some fine establishments in the Drag, bloodsports fighter, enforcer for crime lords, all that fun stuff. It's enough to get him out of the Hive and in a (small, dilapidated) house of his own, but he beyond that, he really doesn't have much.
